The decoy drop line rigging kits from SNL come in 4 easy to use options.  You can get your clear monofilament pre-cut in 48 inch lengths or continuous.  You can also choose to get a kit that has a crimp tool included, or leave it off if you'd like to save some cash.  Each kit comes with 2.3mm Pro Tackle decoy sleeves.
