A semi-dry top made with high-stretch materials, featuring an adjustable neoprene neck gasket, two-way adjustable waistband seal, internal neoprene cuff, a two-way adjustable hip and waistband seal, an adjustable velcro cuff, an extra large gear pocket with kangaroo-style hand warmer, and a positive buoyancy feature.
