The Scoop Dart trolling lure from Clarkspoon is for all intents and purposes a scaled down offshore plug. These hand made lures are molded from the same high performance resin as many of our favorite offshore lures. Each Dart features a flash inlay and a Mylar dressed hook to add flash to your presentation. These compact lures are easy to pull on the surface, at speeds from 4-8 knots.
