It features an adjustable neoprene neck gasket, two-way adjustable waistband seal, internal neoprene cuffs, an interior cell phone pocket, and a kangaroo-style hand warmer. The top has an extra large gear pocket and is designed for comfort and durability in wind, rain, and rough surf.
